Bulk Order
We always welcome bulk orders and are more than happy to provide excellent customer service along the way. To negotiate a bulk order just head on over to one of our items on this website and click the "Bulk Order" button. Alternatively, skip the process and just email us with your requirements.
Missing Order
If your item did not arrive, it is recommended to first go to the website you ordered from and raise the concern to them. If nothing arises from this, feel free to email us.
Damaged Product
If the item is damaged, we HIGHLY encourage you email us first and foremost. Providing a remedy to this is our #1 priority.
Warranty
Typically it is a 90 day warranty, but if there is any indication otherwise, that likely rules this out. Feel free to email us for more specific questions.
